We are a diversified group operating across multiple strategic sectors, including Travel, Hospitality, Information Technology, Media, Finance (Tax), Legal Services, Professional Education, and Non-Profit Development, with operations spanning Nigeria and the United States.
As part of our growth and talent-development strategy, we are recruiting intelligent, high-potential Business Development Interns who will be trained and deployed across our various business units.
Selected interns will undergo structured onboarding, ERP exposure, and soft-skills training, after which they will be assigned to specific business units to support growth, partnerships, operations, and market development initiatives.
This role is performance-driven and designed as a pipeline for future full-time employment.
Responsibilities
- • Support business development and growth initiatives across assigned units
- • Assist with market research, client engagement, partnerships, and reporting
- • Utilize ERP systems and digital tools for operations and performance tracking
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Nigeria and the US
- • Meet defined KPIs and performance expectations
Must Have
- * BSc or HND (any discipline)
- * Little or no prior work experience required
- • Strong computer literacy and IT proficiency
- • Tech-savvy, innovative, and goal-oriented
- • Highly diligent with strong learning agility
- • Must own a personal laptop and have reliable internet access
- • Willingness to work remotely and align with US Central Time when required
- • Availability to attend Lagos-based induction training
Nice to have
- Experience in writing online content
- Additional languages
- Google Adwords experience
- Strong analytical skills
